Angela Leath

Founder and Co-owner

  Angela Leath has over 20 years of experience working in the behavioral health field. She began her mental health career working with community members living with mental illness. From there, Angela enlisted in the US Army where she provided traumatic event management, behavioral health care, combat and operational stress management, suicide awareness and general mental health education to Soldiers and leadership in Iraq and Afghanistan. She also served stateside as the program supervisor for an Army PTSD and Resiliency program.


At the time of the mass shooting on the Las Vegas Strip, Angela was the Crisis Intervention Administrator for Las Vegas Fire and Rescue (LVFR). She was responsible for organizing the Critical Incident Mental Health response for LVFR employees.  Since then she has been a consultant to sister agencies following traumatic events across the country.


Angela specializes in mental fitness program development, crisis response and peer support team training, and mental health education. She has presented at numerous conferences and appeared in a Vegas PBS special about First Responder Mental Health. She has also conducted webinars and podcasts for colleges and other organizations across the country, and was featured in several webinar discussions about stress and healing following COVID 19.


Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Social Work degree. In her free time, she maintains her mental fitness through hiking and camping with her family.
